2 hours of technique, drilling, and live wrestling when energy is at peak levels

Lunch, Tutoring & Recovery

Proper nutrition, academic tutoring available, and rest to prepare for afternoon sessions

Strength & Conditioning

75 minutes of focused strength development and athletic conditioning
